A government based construction project/contract is basically a normal construction plan given to a construction company but is supervised and enrolled out by the government of a particular locality. These kinds of projects are usually big projects such as courthouses, treatment plants or government based dwellings and are funded by multiple sources including the government.
At Master Plannery, we look for all kinds of construction projects available in the market. Government based projects are also one of them despite the difficulty level they come with in terms of actually winning bids to work on them and whatever the task in hand is later on.
